These are a cross between a spiced Scandinavian honey cake and the classic hot cross bun with their warm spices and dried fruit. These may look like a muffin, but they have a drier texture that seems to get better over a couple of days. Enjoy as they are, lightly warmed through, or serve split in half, toasted and spread with salted butter. As an alternative serving suggestion, try the honey cream cheese frosting in the Flexible section.
