These indulgent cookies are a must for any chocolate fans with their shiny, cracked tops and rich, fudgy centres. The thick cookie dough is baked until it’s just soft and chewy in the middle and then sprinkled with some flaked sea salt. Delicious eaten warm with a scoop of ice cream for dessert or just as they are at any time of the day.
