This is bursting with blueberry flavour and possibly one of my favourite pie recipes. Great for enjoying blueberries when they are in season – though frozen blueberries work just as well.. Allow time for this to settle once cooked, rather than diving straight in so the blueberries can thicken and hold their shape in the pie, otherwise you will have a pool of juice on your plate.
