This recipe was written with Rosa, my chocolate-mad daughter, in mind. She, like many people, loves anything chocolatey, so when I first made this tart with its chocolate pastry and rich chocolate filling she was over the moon. To take this from special to another level, her suggestion was to add some honeycomb to the recipe. I think you’ll agree it’s a very good idea indeed.
