Abalone Stir-fry

Fresh abalones are very difficult to find in the UK, but if you can ever get any this is a dish that will certainly bring the house down – or, in my case, bring the hotel down. Because while we were filming in my hotel room in Tasmania the smoke from the overheated wok set off the fire alarms and my suite was suddenly invaded by the Hobart fire brigade.
