Thai Chicken Curry

On a sunny autumnal day at a cricket ground in Romsey, Victoria, I had the dubious distinction of playing cricket with Frank Tyson. Or, rather, he played cricket, I just got bowled out.

However, I was able to restore some of my dented sporting pride by hitting them for six – ho ho! – with this frightfully simple, terribly delicious little curry.
