Chicken Fillet Parcels

This is a version of the old favourite of the 1960s – Chicken Cordon Bleu.

I have included it here because when I was on the Ross River Station ( and you will know what I am talking about), I had to cook a simple meal for a precocious ten-year-old and her pet camel. And I can assure you the old adage ‘never work with children and animals’ is absolutely correct.
