Lake Leek Rabbits

There is a brilliant brewery in Tasmania that makes a beer called Cascade. The brewery is in a beautiful old sandstone building, probably built round 1890, where they have a wonderful hospitality suite. During a break from filming they invited us for lunch and because I’d had so many refined, extravagant meals I requested a humble stew that was cooked for me by Michael Carnes and Robin Cooney.
