I arrived in one of the remotest spots of Australia near the Ross River in the Northern Territory to do a cooking sketch, only to find that a bunch of long-limbed lovelies from Melbourne had chosen the same spot to photograph the spring collection for some Aussie magazine.
I bounced up in my four-wheel drive with a lot of pots and pans and cardboard boxes filled with a large assortment of ingredients and my beloved director said, ‘Just make something for the girls.’
