Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Australian runny honey – try eucalyptus blossom flavour
  • juice of 4 oranges
  • 2

Method

Whisk together the honey, oranges, eggs and lime juice or whizz briefly in a blender. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if using. Pop the slices of blood orange or lime on top. Drink and wake up!

I know its alcohol – free but it is full of sunshine.
