Ingredients

  • 450 g/1 lb plain flour, plus extra for dusting
  • 300 ml/10

Method

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl.
  2. Mix the boiling water with the oil and slowly pour into the flour, stirring all the while until you have a dough. Then dive in with your hands and knead the dough until it is smooth and firm.
  3. Divide the dough into equal golf ball-sized portions. Dust with a little flour and roll into very thin disks about 15 cm/6 inches in
