  • 1.5 kg/ lb chicken wings


  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
  2. Cut off and discard the wing tips from the chicken wings. Using a very sharp knife, cut the meat free from the bone, pushing it down to the thick end, then turn the meat inside out around the top of the bone so that it resembles a little drumstick.
