  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

Method

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients for the batter and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. If the mixture is a bit thick, add a little more water.
  2. Coat the chicken strips in the batter mixture and put to one side while you heat some vegetable oil in a wok. Add the chicken pieces a few at a time and cook until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes). Drain the chicken
