For the weight-conscious, this is an absolute breeze and jolly delicious. The soy chilli dip is great with any steamed fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg/ lb large raw tiger prawns In the shell

Method

  1. To make the dip, put the chillies in a small bowl with the vegetable oil and add enough soy sauce to cover the ingredients and then a little dash more. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before using.
  2. Steam the prawns in an electric or bamboo steamer over rapidly boiling water for 5-7 minutes and serve with the dipping sauce.
