Method

  1. First prepare the Ginger sauce - you can do this at any time and keep it in the fridge until you get round to cooking the beef. Combine all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
  2. Cut the beef slices into 5 cm/2 inch long strips, place in the marinade and turn to coat the meat, then leave for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat sufficient oil for deep-fryin
