Ingredients

  • 600 g/1 lb 5 oz piece fillet of pork, membrane trimmed off

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a dish. Add the pork and turn to coat thoroughly, then leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. If you are fortunate enough to have a rotisserie in your oven, thread the loin of pork onto the skewer and roast at about 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 f
