You can buy these wrappers in some of the larger supermarkets or in Asian stores. However, they are very easy to make yourself and below is a good straightforward recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg/ lb plain flour
  • teaspoons sea salt</

Method

  1. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl. Gradually add the water, stirring with a fork until you have a soft and sticky dough, then cover with clingfilm and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Heat a very lightly oiled pan or griddle on a medium heat until the surface of the pan is medium hot. Rub the dough over the surface of the pan so th
