- 40 g/1½ oz Chinese black mushrooms, reconstituted in a little warm water for 30 minutes, stalks discarded, then finely chopped

Method
- Heat a wok, add a little oil and stir-fry the mushrooms, bamboo shoots and bean curd for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and allow to cool.
