- Heat a wok, add a little oil and fry the bean curd until golden on each side.
- Add the garlic and stir-fry until the garlic has just taken on some colour.
- Add your preferred greens and the carrot strips and stir-fry until just cooked. Season with soy sauce and salt and serve hot.
