Get a selection of dried Chinese mushrooms and cloud ears fungus, reconstitute them in a little warm water for 30 minutes, discard the stalks, then dry them. Get an equal quantity of mixed fresh mushrooms. Heat a wok, add a little vegetable oil and stir-fry all the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
