Method

  1. Take 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper, cut them in half, deseed them and remove the pith, then cut them into nice shapes. Peel 1 onion and cut into 2.5 cm/1 inch chunks. Take a 2.5 cm/1 inch piece fresh root ginger, peel it and cut into fine julienne strips. Peel a couple of garlic cloves and chop finely.
