- 1 small bottle chilli sauce
- an equal volume of light soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and very, very finely chopped, then crushed to a purée with the back of a tablespoon
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Transfer to a jar or bottle, cover and leave to infuse for 1 day before using. Keep refrigerated and shake well before serving.
