  • 100 ml/ fl oz vegetable oil
  • 1 small piece fresh root ginger, peeled and very finely chopped, then crushed to a p

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan until warm. Add all the remaining ingredients and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Serve in little bowls.
