Ingredients
- 100 ml/3½ fl oz white rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except the cornflour and pineapple in a small stainless steel saucepan (don’t use an aluminium pan) and bring to the boil.
- Remove from the heat and immediately pour in the cornflour mixture to thicken, then add the pineapple. This sauce can be used hot or cold.
