Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 green chillies, sliced and deseeded
  • 60 ml/2Β½ fl oz white rice vinegar or white wine vinegar

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and leave to marinate in the fridge for about 3 hours before using.
