For the busy gastronaut with no conscience this is a winner.
Cut out 6 rectangles of tin foil 12" x 10" and place a fish in the centre of each. Divide the other ingredients equally between the envelopes and seal, taking care that the liquid cannot escape.
Pop the envelopes in the oven at 200°C/400°F/gas 6 for 20 minutes.
