Season the fish and dredge in paprika. Wrap each fillet in a rasher of bacon.
Place the fish in an oven dish with the butter. Squeeze the lemon juice over and sprinkle herbs on. Bake in a hot oven until the bacon is nearly cooked. Add the white wine and stir well into the fat from the bacon and the juices from the fish. Cook for 8 minutes more.
