  • 1 leg lamb, cut into cubes

Method

This is an excellent barbecue party dish where the guests do all the cooking. All you do is buy the leg of lamb, cube it, marinate and thread onto skewers. The yoghurt sauce is the work of a moment.

Mix all the marinade ingredients together. Leave the meat in the marinade for at least 2 hours but all day if you can.
