  • About

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cous cous - cooked to instructions on packet
  • 1 boiling fowl, jointed
  • 2 tins chick peas

Method

Most health food shops sell cous cous these days and instructions for cooking it are on the packet. And joy of joys it has been treated so as to cook in about 4 minutes as opposed to the hours that the Arabs have to spend. Anyway, follow the packet instructions and you won't go far wrong.

Brown the chicken pieces in oil.

Season well with garlic, salt and pepper. Cover wit
