Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce, crisp and absolutely dry
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons

Method

Having ensured that your lettuce is crisp and dry, you crush your clove of garlic into a salad bowl. Add the sherry vinegar and the olive oil. Put the lettuce on top and sprinkle with salt.

When ready to eat, toss the salad gently and patiently until all the leaves are coated - use your hands.
