Noodles in a Creamy Cheese Sauce

  • Noodles - as required
  • equal quantities of béchamel sauce and single cream, mixed together
  • Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper


Cook the noodles in the usual way and strain them.

Return to the saucepan and cover with the béchamel sauce equally mixed with the single cream. Stir in some grated Parmesan cheese and reheat gently. Season well with black pepper.
