Ingredients

  • ½ small onion (or 2 green onions, cut in chunks)
  • 1 ripe avocado, cut in half (preferably Hass)

Method

Steel Blade: Process onion until minced, about 6 seconds. Scoop out avocado pulp and add in chunks to processor bowl. Add egg, egg whites, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Process with 3 or 4 quick on/offs, until coarsely chopped. Don’t overprocess.
