Excellent served with crudités or tortilla chips, or as a topping for fish or chicken. Delicious as an omelet filling or as a topping for nachos.

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
4 Roma (Italian plum) tomatoes, cored and halved
½ small onion

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process with quick on/off pulses until coarsely chopped. Don’t overprocess. Adjust seasonings to taste.
