Serve this Middle Eastern spread with pita bread or assorted vegetables.
Steel Blade: Make sure parsley and processor bowl are dry. Process parsley until minced. Set aside. Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add chickpeas, olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cumin. Process until very smooth, about 2 minutes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Spread mixture on large flat serving plate
