If you don’t have enough chicken, add 2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs.

Ingredients

  • 4 radishes, trimmed
  • 1 stalk celery, cut in chunks
  • ½ medium onion

Method

Steel Blade: Process radishes, celery, onion, carrot and dill until minced, 8 to 10 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process with several quick on/offs, scraping down bowl once or twice. Do not overprocess. Refrigerate.
