  • ½ small onion, cut in chunks (or 2 green onions)
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, halved

Method

Steel Blade: Drop onion through feed tube while machine is running. Process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process with 3 or 4 quick on/off pulses, until desired texture is reached. Scrape down bowl once or twice; do not overprocess.
