  • ½ stalk celery, cut in chunks
  • 2 green onions, cut in chunks
  • 2 or 3 sprigs

Method

Steel Blade: Process celery, green onions and dill until minced, 6 to 8 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and process with 3 or 4 quick on/offs, just until mixed. If necessary, scrape down sides of bowl once or twice. Do not overprocess or you will have mush! Serve chilled.
