This delicious mousse is perfect for any festive occasion. Make it in a fish-shaped mold, using a grape for the eye and a red pepper strip for the mouth. Insert a hook, line and sinker into the mouth as the ultimate garnish!

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope (1 Tbsp) unflavored gelatin
  • ¼ cup cold water

Method

In a measuring cup, sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup cold water. Let stand for 5 minutes to soften. Add ½ cup boiling water and stir to dissolve. Cool slightly.
