  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 sprigs fresh parsley

Method

Steel Blade: Process garlic and parsley until finely minced, about 10 seconds. Add chunks of butter or margarine and process until well blended, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary. Blend in chives (if using).
