Tortilla pinwheels are today’s version of party sandwiches. Blend salmon with cream cheese to make this creamy filling. For a dairy-free version, use tofu “cream cheese” (Tofutti) and mayonnaise.
Steel Blade: Process green onions and dill until minced, about 10 seconds. Add cream cheese, mustard, salmon and sour cream or mayonnaise. Process until blended, 15 to 20 seconds longer, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
