Prepare these in advance and pop them under the broiler when your company arrives.

Leftover cheese mixture can be used as a spread.

Ingredients

  • 18 slices thinly sliced white or whole wheat bread, crusts removed
  • 8 oz (250

Method

Flatten bread slices lightly with a rolling pin.

Grater: Grate cheese, using medium pressure. Leave cheese in processor bowl.

Steel Blade: Insert blade, pushing it all the way down. Add butter or margarine, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Process until mixed, scraping down bowl as needed. Spread on bread slices.
