Ingredients

  • 3 medium onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 stalks celery

Method

Cut onions, carrots, celery and potatoes into chunks. Cut cabbage and zucchini to fit feed tube.

Steel Blade: Process onions with 3 or 4 quick on/offs, until coarsely chopped. Heat oil in large soup pot. Add onions and sauté on medium-high heat until golden, about 5 minutes.
