Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp flour

Method

Steel Blade: Process butter or margarine with flour, salt and pepper until blended, about 5 seconds.

Microwave milk in a 2-cup glass measuring cup on High for 1½ to 2 minutes, until steaming hot. Pour hot milk through feed tube while machine is running.

Process until smooth. Pour sauce back into measuring cup and microwave on High for 30 to 60 seconds, until bubbly and th
