  • 3 Tbsp butter or margarine

Method

slicer: Slice mushrooms, using light pressure. Melt 1 Tbsp of the butter or margarine in a nonstick skillet. Sauté mushrooms until golden. Set aside.

Steel Blade: Process remaining 2 Tbsp butter with flour until blended, about 5 seconds. Pour hot liquid through feed tube while machine is running. Add seasonings. Process until smooth.

Transfer sauce to 4-cup glass m
