  • About

This delicious sauce comes from the personal recipe collection of Rina Perry of Israel. Rina can’t imagine life without her food processor! Serve with pasta, meat patties or your favorite fish.

Ingredients

  • 8 large red bell peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup extra-virg

Method

Broil or grill peppers on all sides until skin is blackened and blistered. Transfer them to a bowl, cover and let cool. Remove the blackened skin. Cut peppers in half; discard the core and seeds.

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add remaining ingredients and process until you get a smooth sauce, scraping down sides of bowl
