This is delicious as a sauce or marinade for spare ribs, chicken, tofu or brisket.

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ small onion
  • ¾ cup honey

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Add onion and process until minced. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add remaining ingredients and process for 3 or 4 seconds to blend.

Transfer to 2-cup glass measuring cup and microwave on High for 2 minutes, or until bubbling. Stir well. Microwave 1 minute longer.
