This is also excellent with halibut or sea bass. Cooking the fish and vegetables together in 1 pan saves time and cleanup!

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, cut in quarters
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp

Method

slicer: Slice onions and mushrooms, using medium pressure. Place on sprayed, foil-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Place salmon on baking sheet. Drizzle salmon, onions and mushrooms with balsamic vinegar and honey. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
