  • 3 or 4 large potatoes, peeled
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper and paprika to taste
  • 4 halibut steaks (

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Slicer: Cut potatoes to fit feed tube. Slice potatoes, using firm pressure. Arrange half of potatoes in sprayed 9- × 13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Season fish and arrange over potatoes.

Cut onions to fit
