Steel Blade: Process crumbs with seasonings for 2 or 3 seconds to blend. Transfer to flat dish. Process egg with water for a few seconds to blend. Transfer to another flat dish. Dip fish fillets in egg, then in crumbs. Place in single layer on sprayed cookie sheet. Drizzle with butter or oil.
