Ingredients

  • 2 lb (1 kg) fish fillets (e.g., sole, tilapia, orange roughy)
  • 1 to 2

Method

Place fish on well-sprayed broiler pan and brush both sides with oil or butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and thyme.

Steel Blade: Coarsely chop parsley, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes with 3 or 4 quick on/off pulses.

Grater: Grate cheese, using medium pressure. Mix cheese with mushroom mixture.
